Business Operations Bureau

The Business Operations Bureau (BOB) provides administrative support activities through contract management, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and budget management for all operational and Capital Outlay appropriations of the Facilities Management Division (FMD). These activities are performed by adhering to established governmental law and policies to ensure that all stakeholders are receiving the best obtainable price that is most advantageous of FMD at the time of the business need.

Coordination with the Legislative Finance Committee, Capital Outlay Bureau and State Board of Finance ensures efficiency through the life of the Capital Appropriation. Transparency is one of the most important goals of the Business Operations Bureau to ensure efficiency, accountability and effectiveness within FMD.
