Only 21% of employees are engaged at work (according to Gallup’s 2022 State of the Global Workplace report). Being recognized and appreciated are basic human desires.
It’s everyone’s responsibility, especially supervisors and managers, to create and nurture engaging workplace relationships.
Acknowledging our employees increases productivity, employee loyalty, team morale and innovation.
Praise and recognition are essential pieces to creating healthy workplace relationships that are critical to team success.
Be part of the solution! Join us for this 2-hour, interactive session where we will discuss the value of appreciation in the workplace.
Come learn and share practical ideas that put a greater emphasis on people and enhance wellbeing by recognizing those with whom we work.
