Interagency Mail Services
ASD provides in an efficient and confidential manner daily service by subscription to any agency within state government to acquire and deliver mail to/from the United States Postal Service.
Interagency mail services include:
- USPS:  Mail pick up Monday through Friday on regular work days between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and delivery to participating agencies based on subscription
- Participating Agencies: Mail pick up, one to two times per day, sorting and distributing based on subscription
- Outgoing Mail via USPS: Applying necessary postage and record keeping; delivery to USPS by 5 pm on regular work days
- Accounting: Annual invoicing for pick-up and delivery service as well as postage used
