SPACE NEEDS QUESTIONNAIRE

The Space Needs Questionnaire project is a web application which allows State of New Mexico agencies to request for new lease, purchases, relocations or expansions.It also allows agencies to request for special needs if the standard allocation does not meet.It provides the form to fill if a private office or a workstation is needed for a personnel, identifies the type of conferences and training room necessary for the facility. It allows the agencies to identify the types of equipment, storage and workrooms space, other office support areas and special areas necessary for the facility.
