Listening is a key component of effective communication.  Intentional listening is the process of receiving, interpreting, and reacting to a message received from the speaker.  To become an intentional listener requires specific skills and attention.  Join us for this interactive, 2-hour online session that will allow you to identify typical listening barriers, define traits of intentional listening, and practice activities that require interactive, thoughtful listening.
