Presenter: Mary Beth Stevens has over 30 years’ experience in conflict resolution and crisis response at Los Alamos National Laboratory.  She has developed a professional niche teaching communications and negotiation skills specific to a technical workforce.  She hopes her children never find out how often she mentions them in her presentations.
