Environmental Safety & Health (ES&H)

The ES&H Coordinator manages the following programs of the Facilities Management Division functions of Business Operations, Operations & Maintenance, Capital Projects and Asset Management: 

  • Industrial safety
  • Industrial hygiene
  • Environmental compliance
  • Quality Assurance
  • Performance Management 
  • Loss Control & Prevention

Performance Management

The Performance Manager exists to support the FMD Office in making business, operational and organizational decisions relating to the performance of each business unit. The Performance Manager monitors and produces daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and fiscal year end reports that determine the measurement of performance objectives and goals of the division and the business units.

Office Management 

The Office Manager assists the Director with the administration and management of the Division’s work, including support for the Business Operations Bureau, Operations & Maintenance Bureau, the Capital Projects Bureau and the Asset Management Bureau (future). The Office Manager works closely with the Director, Deputy Director, and the Bureau Chiefs in coordinating support for the daily work needs of the offices and personnel.
