10/15/09 Sole Sources requests are now listed on the State Purchasing Website. List may be found under "Vendor" tab above.

9/21/09 Effective November 1, 2009, State Purchasing will be revising the Vendor Registration Fee from $75/year to $100/year.

9/21/09 Effective October 1, 2009, State Purchasing will be revising fees as follows:
- RFP/ITB Copy Rate: $ 0.50 per page
- Copy rate: $ 0.50 per page
- Bid Tabulations per Copy: $ 5.00 per Tab

The State Purchasing Division is undergoing transformation to provide more efficient and effective services to State Agency, local public bodies, and the Vendor communities. All procurements are conducted to maximize the benefit to the state.

All sole source requests will be posted on the State Purchasing website for a comment period of ten (10) days. Vendors may comment or validate the sole source aquisition method contemplated. Vendor participation is greatly appreciated in this effort to ensure transparency and consistency in the State procurement process.

State Purchasing has developed and adopted Core Values to facilitate Fair and Open Competition in its procurement process as well as to provide transparency in its procurement actions. Specific values include:
