The Risk Management Division Employee Benefits Bureau (EBB) is responsible for the procurement and administration of Employee Benefits-including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Short Term and Long Term Disability and Life Insurance. EBB insures approximately 78,000 State of New Mexico and Local Public Body employees and their families. The EBB also oversees COBRA, a Flexible Spending Account Program
s and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for State employees.

OPEN/SWITCH ENROLLMENT FOR BENEFITS PLAN YEAR STARTING 1/1/14
Please go to the above website (mybenefitsnm) to find all information related to the Open/ Switch Enrollment occurring between 11/20/13 – 12/6/13.
NOTE: You only need to submit an enrollment form and other required documents IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR BENEFITS OR ADD/DROP DEPENDENTS.
PARTICIPANTS WITH 2013 FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA)
Please remember that the current FSA vendor, ASI, will no longer be administering the State’s FSA programs after 12/31/13. Starting 1/1/14, CompuSys/Erisa will administer FSA. ASI will offer the usual grace period to submit appropriate expenses to them…..which is up until March 15th (must be submitted no later than March 31st to ASI).
If you want to continue with FSA in 2014, you must enroll between 11/20/13 – 12/6/13, using the CompuSys/Erisa forms found on the new EBB website: www.mybenefitsnm.com, in the “Enrollment” section for State Employees.
