Mailing

State Printing can process your printed piece as presorted First Class or Standard Class mailing. We use software that presorts addresses into zip code order for the best possible postage rate including 5-digit or carrier route. We can print and address your printed piece which saves you time. The printed piece goes directly from our press/finishing section to the mailing section and is usually processed within two working days. Agencies can save additional money by using our permit number, which is classified for First Class and Standard Class mail. Agencies do not need to maintain a permit number or an ongoing postage balance at the United States Post Office. For your convenience, printing and postage are billed together on your invoice.
