The Western States Contracting Alliance has entered into a comprehensive contract for industrial supplies and equipment, janitorial supplies and equipment, lamps and light fixtures with Grainger Industrial Supply. This contract may be used only as authorized by the executed Intent to Contract document or Participating Addendum of a Participating State. The contract functions as a permissive price agreement meaning that use is not mandatory for state agencies. Prices listed are maximum prices. You may negotiate price reductions, discounts or more favorable terms whenever appropriate. Purchases made outside of this contract for similar items are subject to the requirements of New Mexico law, regulation and administrative policy.
