The Building Services Division (BSD) provides facilities management services for our customers in state executive owned buildings within the City of Santa Fe and strives to provide excellent customer service.
The Division operates and maintains over 1.5 million square feet of building space. BSD operates an effective maintenance program, at a cost comparable to industry standards while
reducing the impact on the environment.
An effective way for our customers to have a voice is through our semi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. We will use the survey results to measure your quality perceptions of our work. By tracking service responses, we can implement preventive/pro-active measures to further enhance our performance.
