Mission: The Administrative Services Division (ASD) provides responsive, accurate and timely management for the General Services Department (GSD) and its enterprise and general fund operations to exceed the expectations of all Divisions to support the overall Department mission.
Organization: ASD provides and maintains the highest quality administrative support services for GSD and all its divisions with experienced and professional staff in the following areas: Accounts Payable-Purchasing/Contracts, Accounts Receivable/General Ledger, Budget, Human Resources and Interagency Mail.
