GSD Releases e-Billing for Enterprise Services
The General Services Department (GSD) has recently implemented SunSystems, a new web-based Accounts Receivable (AR) and e-billing system that will dramatically improve invoicing and AIR processing for our customers and enterprise Divisions. Beginning with the December billing, GSD will be transitioning off of the legacy GEAC system. As of January 7, 2013, GSD customers will receive an electronic monthly invoice attached as a pdf document in an email rather than a printed invoice via mail. GSD will no longer produce and mail paper invoices.
This portal is designed to allow our customers easy access to their GSD account information. Customers can view and print current and past invoices and check their statements.
